Inn of Little Washington, Virginia
French 75, a cocktail that few can make well, but this one was perfect!
I was in Full Epiphany on December 31, 2005, when I had my first caricature drawn at a New Year's Eve party. My observation of the artist's adept and confident execution of the rendering, his enjoyment of the same, and our ensuing conversation about artistic pursuits became my creative Rubicon.
Thus, in January 2006, I began the New Year by enrolling in my first drawing class at the Corcoran College of Art and Design in Washington, D.C., as part of their Certificate Program in Drawing and Painting. I have enjoyed every minute of this experience, pursuing my lifelong passion for art and writing, and I welcome you to share the results on this website.
Cheers!
